Let’s Talk:  Most of our transactions are performed electronically.  To contract services with Nutshell, simply submit a statement of what your project is or sample pages of what you need edited.  Nutshell will provide an estimate based on the samples and/or the scope of the project.  (We may need to request additional information in determining the fee.)  Upon agreement, both parties will continue to correspond regarding terms and deadlines, and this will serve as a contract.  We do require an initial deposit.  To ensure customer satisfaction, as we progress, we will keep you apprised by phone or e-mail.  Nutshell will submit the completed project electronically, or if you prefer, ship on a CD for a nominal fee.
